Transcend TS480GMTS820S 480GB SSD has a space-saving M.2 SATA form factor (80mm) and 3D NAND flash chips for ultra-compact computer devices. This SSD features a SATA III 6Gb/s interface and SLC caching technology for fast data transfers, as well as a RAID engine with LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) coding for data integrity. This SSD includes Device Sleep Mode (DevSleep), which intelligently shuts down the SATA interface when not in use, as well as support for S.M.A.R.T., TRIM, and NCQ commands. It has a Sequential Read rate of around 550 MB/s and a Sequential Write rate of around 500 MB/s. With a 1,000,000 MTBF hour, the 4K Random Read is 70,000 IOPS and the 4K Random Write is 75,000 IOPS (s).
