The TP-Link TL-SF1006P 6-Port 10-100Mbps AUTO MDI-MDIX Desktop PoE Switch TL- SF1006P has the precedence function which will help cover the system when the system power isoverloaded.However, a precedence will be arranged among the PoE anchorages, also the system will cut off the power of the smallest- precedence harborage, If all PoE PDs power consumption is> = 58W. Port Priority Function Priority( harborage- 1 = harborage- 2 = harborage- 3> harborage- 4) This function will help to insure the normal operation of the system, it means Port 4 will be cut off when all total PoE PDs power consumption exceed 58W. For an illustration, Port 1, 2 and 4 is using15.4 W( maximum power for per harborage is15.4 W); the system power is46.2 W intotal.However, and also the system will cut off the power of Port 4 because of the overloaded power, this means Port 1, If there's an fresh PD fitted to Port 3 with 12W.4 W, and Port3 will use 12W, no power will be supplied to Port 4.
